Q: When can I expect my order to arrive?
A: Please allow 2-3 business days for your order to be packed and shipped. After it has shipped, (depending on the shipping service selected at checkout) the standard service could take 7-10 business days. Once shipped you should receive a shipping confirmation along with a tracking number to the email the order was placed with.
Q: How do I exchange or return my order?
A: We have many ways you can request a return or an exchange. You can use the return/exchange card that is sent in the box with every order. You can also contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and request a return/exchange using your order number in the email. Here is a page with more details on how to return.
Q: Who is responsible for Customs charge?
A: You as the customer is responsible for your customs charge from your own country. Our company does not take responsibility for any additional costs from your order.
Q: What magnification strength do I need?
A: We recommend contacting your optometrist for the most accurate strength needed. Here is a eye readers chart with instructions however this is not a substitute for an optometrist and an eye exam.
Q: Can I put my prescription lenses in?
A: You may be able put your prescription lenses in. However, not all optometrists or lens manufacturers are capable, and we do not recommend it. We do not offer prescription services. We also cannot guarantee that an optometrist or lens manufacturer can replace the lenses safely and effectively. Attempting to replace the lenses in our glasses will be at your own risk. We do not allow returns or exchanges of glasses with lenses that have been altered or damaged due to an attempted removal of lenses.
